Health and Safety Practices
Your family's health and safety are our priority at The Ridge. So much so that we take the time to background check every team member that serves in Ridge Kids and Ridge Students. We ensure that our facilities are clean each week, and that toys are properly sanitized before our kids enter the space. However, ensuring the health of all of our kids is a collaborative effort for all families.
We ask that families not check in kids or students into any of our environments if:
- The child has had a fever greater than 100.4 degrees within the previous 48 hours.
- The child experiences vomiting or diarrhea within the previous 24 hours.
- The child has deep coughs or coughs that sound like a seal bark.
- The child has red or swollen eyes (pink eye).
If a child experiences any of these symptoms while in Ridge Kids and Ridge Students, a parent will be notified through text message and asked to pick up their child. Click here for more ways your family can continue to help stay healthy.
If your family is feeling anxious, check out this great resource from our friends at Parent Cue or visit our Ridge Families page.
