"One of our core goals for 2021 is to reach more youth in Milwaukee’s troubled central city with our methodical, highly relational, faith-based Youth Program and a church home. We will do so by expanding the scope and spiritual impact of our youth program and adding an alumni component for youth who age out but want to continue to mentor and apply the life lessons gained through City on a Hill. To make this a reality, we need a second van that will allow us to serve an additional 50 youth each week with transportation to and from City on a Hill."

Survival program for mothers and babies in Guatemala. Help babies and mothers in poverty by employing four strategies:
- Home-based Care Mothers are visited monthly in their homes by a Survival specialist, who offers education in prenatal care and early child-rearing as well as one-on-one biblical mentoring with parents.
- Group-based Learning Activities. Parents can receive basic education and income-generation training to combat long-term poverty and combat isolation through a supportive community of mothers.
- Advocacy for Moms. Assistance that provides and secures funding for medical treatments, ensures mothers are treated fairly by local services, and arranges for birth attendants to assist mothers during childbirth.
- Survival Centers. Staff help coordinate outreach and care and offer a safe place for new mothers to learn and grow, all the while monitoring and supporting health child development.
