Living Grace is a 16-week group environment that combines neuroscience and faith insights, along with tools to empower those experiencing mental and emotional challenges (ex: anxiety, panic, depression, and/or have a diagnosis). The Living Grace group experience has been proven to reduce symptoms and renew faith!
Topics include: managing stressors; rest, relaxation, and joy; renewing your mind; safe and healthy relationships; and more!
